Training with Man 2 Machine, we understand that adapting new fitness habits can be difficult. Often times the potential for and unsuccessful attempt will be present. Thomas Edison, inventor of the 💡 light bulb, made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts before getting it right. There will never be a such thing as "I CAN'T". Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Timothy was selected in 2020 as the leader in his industry of Sports and Wellness in the city of Colorado Springs. He has served his community by taking the time to help youth athletes and those struggling with weight loss. Timothy has continuously applied his effort of continuing education in order to be of constant service to his city and community.
Massage is the practice of kneading or manipulating a person’s muscles in order to improve health. It requires manual techniques that includes holding, moving, stretching, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Including modalities like:
Swedish massage therapy is the a type of therapeutic massage that focuses on muscle relaxation, increased sleep, and decreased stress, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increasing blood circulation.
Used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduces tension in muscle and tissue.
Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared towards athletes. It is used to help prevent injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.
